EMERGILITY® EMS is a Virginia OEMS-licensed EMS Agency (#50537) with an engaged Operational Medical Director. Our license is what makes private Paramedicine lawful — physician-directed BLS and ALS care, treat-in-place when clinically appropriate, with transport never delayed.

EMERGILITY® serves clients and patients across Northern Virginia — including Fairfax County, Arlington County, the City of Alexandria, Loudoun County, and Prince William County — with reach extending throughout the greater Washington D.C. metro area and beyond. For clients requiring protective medicine, including protective medical escorts and travel medical support, EMERGILITY® deploys nationally and globally.
We are transforming pre-hospital care by making advanced-practice Paramedics and EMS-Clinicians more accessible to those who need them most. Our services complement private healthcare, public health, and existing emergency services — bridging the gaps that conventional EMS and 9-1-1 systems were never designed to fill.
Our proprietary approach to Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH), and direct-access Paramedicine (daP) is built around the client-patient lifestyle. We deliver in-person care, physician extension, healthcare navigation, and telemedicine — ensuring that protected clients have meaningful, on-demand access to private paramedics and advanced providers wherever life takes them.

For a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1. For everything else urgent, private care brought to your home, workplace, or private location leads to better outcomes — and our clients value having more than one choice for urgent and emergency care.
Protective EMS at Special Events
Public event EMS serves the crowd, not you. A dedicated, advanced-practice protective EMS capability stands by for the client-patient alone, ready to respond if needed, so private and special events never have to be attended unprotected.
EMS for Private Education
On-site and on-call private EMS protects students, staff, and visitors. EMS education does even more — it shapes character, prepares students for higher learning, and lets student EMTs care for others at school events and sports.
EMS as Workforce Protection
Insurance alone often sends employees to urgent care or the ER too soon. We deliver EMS, MIH-CP, and Protective Medicine to care for employees at home, at work, or at special events — protecting the employee and the business alike.

Private events, discreet gatherings, and close protection details often call for EMS personnel. We work with family offices, businesses, and security agencies to provide on-site EMS, agency affiliation for security personnel, and medical direction.

Sports and recreation increasingly call for pre-hospital emergency medicine alongside athletic trainers. We work with athletic departments and sports medicine professionals to protect athletes, participants, and patrons, on-site and on the sidelines.

EMS in Aging Populations
Aging should be enjoyed, but it brings greater risk of illness and injury. Through Mobile Integrated Healthcare – Community Paramedicine, we deliver timely in-home assessment and treatment and help older adults navigate complex healthcare.
EMS in Hospice & Palliative Care
Hospice patients often lose access to urgent and emergency resources. In coordination with hospice teams and private physicians, we support palliative care plans with 24/7 access to urgent, emergency, and protective care not otherwise available.
