EMERGILITY® brings structure to EMS Systems through dedicated Program Management, EMS Training, and Affiliation support for solo providers, private teams, and partner organizations across Northern Virginia and beyond. We build the operational backbone that keeps an EMS program compliant, credentialed, and ready to perform — without requiring every provider or team to stand up an agency of their own. In most states, pre-hospital providers must affiliate with an authorized EMS Agency to deliver care. EMERGILITY® serves as that affiliation home for solo Paramedics and EMTs, as well as private security and protective teams with EMS-credentialed personnel, offering medical direction, protocol access, and provider oversight under our Virginia OEMS license. Our EMS Training programs build the pipeline that feeds these systems — from EMR and EMT coursework to specialized and tactical instruction — ensuring affiliated providers are trained, current, and operating to a consistent standard. Beyond affiliation, EMERGILITY® provides ongoing Program Oversight: quality assurance, credential tracking, performance review, and the administrative management that keeps a small or independent EMS operation accountable to the same standards as a larger agency. Whatever the size of the team, EMERGILITY® brings the systems-level support to make it run right.

EMERGILITY® is a recognized leader in Tactical and Protective EMS, providing specialized medical support for high-risk environments where conventional emergency response is neither sufficient nor appropriate. Our Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) programs are designed to integrate seamlessly with law enforcement operations, delivering trained medical personnel who can operate effectively in dynamic, threat-present situations. We provide Protective Paramedics and Protective Paramedicine services for individuals, organizations, and events requiring dedicated medical oversight and rapid response capabilities. Our practitioners are trained not only in advanced clinical skills but in the tactical awareness, threat assessment, and operational discipline required in protective and high-stakes settings. EMERGILITY® also supports Tactical and Protective Medicine programs that bridge the gap between military-grade medical preparedness and civilian public safety operations. We work closely with law enforcement agencies, executive protection teams, special operations units, and event security organizations to develop protocols and deploy personnel who are ready for the unexpected. When the mission demands medical professionals who can perform under pressure, EMERGILITY® delivers.

When faced with a life-threatening emergency we call 9-1-1, and we anticipate having to endure a not-so-pleasant ER visit. But for all other urgent and emergency medical needs, good health outcomes result when private care is brought to the home-front, place of work, or other private location.

Since there is nothing more important than protecting oneself and one's family, our clients & patients value having more than one choice when accessing urgent/emergency care tailored for their private and protective-medical needs.

Private schools are charged with teaching, educating, and shaping the minds of future leaders. Early exposure to EMS does more than prepare students to care for others, it shapes character and prepares students for higher learning. In fact, some of the best of physicians and nurses were first EMTs.

In addition to EMS education, having access to on-site and on-call private EMS capabilities is protective of students, staff, and visitors. Even better, student EMTs can provide care to others during special events and sports!

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel are often requested for special private events, discreet social gatherings, and private security/close protection details. In most states, pre-hospital EMS providers must affiliate with an authorized EMS Agency in order to deliver care to clients and patients.  

We work with private family offices, private businesses, and security agencies to provide: on-site EMS support; EMS Agency affiliation for EMS-credentialed security personnel; medical direction and provider oversight.

Austere & Wilderness Medicine refers to the practice of providing medical care in resource-limited environments, where access to traditional healthcare facilities, equipment, and medications may be limited or unavailable. Prehospital care in the wild of nature is the essence of EMS.

Leveraging the prehospital practice of Medicine, Paramedicine, and EMS, we help clients experience the best of nature with piece of mind. Beyond practice, we deliver Wilderness & Remote First Aid training and certification.

Our Protective Medicine & EMS MIH-CP services provide  patients an invaluable complement to Hospice and palliative care programs. When entering into Hospice programs, patients often lose access to urgent and emergency medical resources, creating gaps in healthcare access. 

With an aim to support palliative care plans, in coordination with Hospice and private physician practices, EMERGILITY® provides patients with 24/7 access to urgent, emergency, and protective care not otherwise available.
