EMERGILITY® MIH is built around two things: keeping you healthy before an emergency happens, and making sure you have access to the right level of care when it does.
The centerpiece of our MIH program is the Annual Family Health Exam — a comprehensive, relationship-based health assessment conducted by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), entirely in your home.

Annual Family Health Exam
EMERGILITY® MIH delivers a comprehensive annual family health exam to you — at home, at work, wherever is most convenient. Conducted by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. FSA and HSA eligible.

Your EMERGILITY® Annual Family Health Exam is more than a routine check-up. It's an unhurried, whole-health assessment delivered by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who comes to you. The FNP takes the time to understand your health history, your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals — establishing the kind of clinical relationship that makes every interaction downstream more informed and more effective.
- The exam is FSA and HSA eligible, making it a practical investment in your family's long-term health — one you can plan for through your existing health spending account.
- Enrollment also includes a full year of EMERGILITY® direct-access Paramedicine (daP) — same-day or next-day access to an Advanced Practice Paramedic, telemedicine, and Advanced Practice Providers or Physicians through the EMERGILITY® EMS Agency.
Together, the annual exam and daP membership cover the full spectrum of your family's protected medical care: from preventive and family medicine, to urgent and emergency response.
From Annual Wellness to Emergency Response
Your EMERGILITY® MIH enrollment isn't just an annual exam — it's the foundation of a complete, private medical care relationship.
When you enroll in the MIH Annual Family Health Exam, you also receive a full year of direct-access Paramedicine (daP) membership. That means the same team that conducts your annual exam is available to you same-day or next-day if something unexpected happens — without a 911 call, without a waiting room, and without starting over with a provider who doesn't know you.
- Annual Exam (MIH): Proactive, preventive, relationship-based family medicine — delivered to your home once a year by a licensed FNP.
- Direct-Access Paramedicine (daP): Same-day or next-day access to an Advanced Practice Paramedic, telemedicine, and Advanced Practice Providers or Physicians throughout the year.
- Emergency Medical Services (EMS): If the unexpected escalates, our EMS agency activates — coordinating rapid response and private medical escort when it matters most.

Paramedicine is the Physician-directed practice of Medicine at the intersection of healthcare, emergency management, public health, and public safety by way of Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
EMERGILITY® Community Paramedicine is a segment of MIH that is a provider-led, patient-centered delivery care model using appropriately trained EMS Clinicians in an expanded role.
Private Emergency Nursing in EMS
EMERGILITY® MIH enhances the deliver of pre-hospital emergency care by integrating Private Emergency Nursing & EMS personnel having maximized and expanded scopes of pre-hospital practice.
Pre-hospital, private emergency nurses are registered EMS providers and licensed Advanced Practice Providers capable of providing patients with advanced emergency care that minimizes suffering while enriching lives.
Hospice Support
EMERGILITY® MIH provides patients an invaluable complement to Hospice and palliative care programs. When entering into Hospice programs, patients often lose access to urgent and emergency medical resources, creating gaps in healthcare access that exacerbates unnecessary pain and suffering.
With an aim to support palliative care plans, in coordination with Hospice and private physician practices, EMERGILITY® MIH provides patients with 24/7 access to urgent, emergency, and protective care not otherwise available.
