Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) is a coordinated, patient-centered model of care that brings clinical services directly to you — at home, at work, or wherever is most convenient. 

EMERGILITY® MIH is built around two things: keeping you healthy before an emergency happens, and making sure you have access to the right level of care when it does.

The centerpiece of our MIH program is the Annual Family Health Exam — a comprehensive, relationship-based health assessment conducted by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), entirely in your home.

A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner comes to your home — for a comprehensive, proactive health assessment that's built around your schedule, not a waiting room's.

Your EMERGILITY® Annual Family Health Exam is more than a routine check-up. It's an unhurried, whole-health assessment delivered by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who comes to you. The FNP takes the time to understand your health history, your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals — establishing the kind of clinical relationship that makes every interaction downstream more informed and more effective.

• The exam is FSA and HSA eligible, making it a practical investment in your family's long-term health — one you can plan for through your existing health spending account.
• Enrollment also includes a full year of EMERGILITY® direct-access Paramedicine (daP) — same-day or next-day access to an Advanced Practice Paramedic, telemedicine, and Advanced Practice Providers or Physicians through the EMERGILITY® EMS Agency.

Together, the annual exam and daP membership cover the full spectrum of your family's protected medical care: from preventive and family medicine, to urgent and emergency response.

When you enroll in the MIH Annual Family Health Exam, you also receive a full year of direct-access Paramedicine (daP) membership. That means the same team that conducts your annual exam is available to you same-day or next-day if something unexpected happens — without a 911 call, without a waiting room, and without starting over with a provider who doesn't know you.

1. Primary Care (MIH): Full-scope, relationship-based primary care — preventive, chronic, and acute — led by a licensed FNP. Your comprehensive annual in-home exam anchors the relationship; ongoing care is direct-access and pay-as-you-use.
2. Direct-Access Paramedicine (daP): Same-day or next-day access to an Advanced Practice Paramedic, telemedicine, and Advanced Practice Providers or Physicians throughout the year.
3. Emergency Medical Services (EMS): If the unexpected escalates, our EMS agency activates — coordinating rapid response and private medical escort when it matters most.

At EMERGILITY®, MIH is how we deliver direct-access Primary Care (daPC): full-scope care, led by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) whose scope spans the full lifespan — pediatric through geriatric — brought directly to you.
