Your EMERGILITY® Annual Family Health Exam is more than a routine check-up. It's an unhurried, whole-health assessment delivered by a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who comes to you. The FNP takes the time to understand your health history, your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals — establishing the kind of clinical relationship that makes every interaction downstream more informed and more effective.
It's the start of a year-round primary care relationship — the same FNP, who knows your history and your goals — with direct access whenever you need it and simple, pay-as-you-use billing.

For program participants who require timely, personalized, and confidential medical attention — when going to the ER is simply not necessary.
We come to you, evaluate your condition, provide treatment, and help you recover in the comfort and privacy of your own safe environment—Private Emergency Nursing is just one of the changes in healthcare we all demand.
Informed & Expedited Emergency Care
If you’re injured or sick — but not in a life-threatening emergency — call us.
We respond directly to you, assess the situation, and if we detect a life-threatening emergency, we act fast—either activating 9-1-1 for rapid transport or coordinating a private medical escort to the most appropriate hospital.
Appropriate 9-1-1 & Emergency Care Access
If you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency—such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, or uncontrolled bleeding—call 9-1-1 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room, first. Then call us.
We respond to you or to the hospital to support you and your family, helping you navigate the complexities of emergency care.

For Program Participants who face elevated risk — whether due to profession, public profile, family circumstance, or travel — EMERGILITY® provides discreet, professionally credentialed personal protection. Our Protective Agents are registered, trained, and experienced across executive protection, residential security, and high-risk environments. Protection isn’t reactive here — it’s built into your membership from the start, with practitioners who understand both the security and the medical dimensions of keeping you safe.

direct-access Paramedicine (daP)
At EMERGILITY®, we’re leading the way in Paramedicine—bringing community paramedicine, concierge paramedicine, and protective paramedicine directly to Program Participants as a direct-access offering. Your personal health and wellbeing deserve meaningful, professional attention—on your terms.
Your direct-access Paramedicine (daP) enrollment begins with a comprehensive in-home Health & Wellness Evaluation performed by a Paramedic Practitioner (EMS Clinician). This proactive daP assessment is designed to establish your health baseline, identify potential risks, review medications and medical history, and develop personalized health and wellness recommendations.
The annual Health & Wellness Evaluation is FSA and HSA eligible, allowing many members to use pre-tax healthcare funds for this preventive medical service. Following your evaluation, you’ll receive one full year of private daP, providing on-demand access to experienced EMS clinicians wherever you need care—at home, at work, while traveling, or at a special event.

Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH)
Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) is EMERGILITY®'s primary-care approach — led by our direct-access Primary Care (daPC) capability. A licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) delivers a comprehensive annual Family Health Examination wherever it's most convenient for you — your home, your workplace, or another preferred location — with a thorough, proactive assessment of your health and a personalized plan for your ongoing care.
The annual Family Health Examination is FSA and HSA eligible. Enrollment also includes one full year of private direct-access Paramedicine (daP) access.
daPC is full-scope, insurance-free primary care delivered by a licensed FNP. Your enrollment covers the annual Family Health Examination; any additional primary care you need is available on a direct-access, pay-for-what-you-use basis — eliminating insurance restrictions and unnecessary office visits.
By combining MIH/daPC with private daP gives you one comprehensive healthcare relationship: proactive primary care led by daPC, paired with a full year of direct-access paramedicine (daP), brought directly to you.
MIH/daPC Exam + daP + one-year private access:
$3,200.00/yr (adults); $800.00/yr (children)
Level Up Your Access: Preferred, Executive & Exclusive
Preferred, Executive, and Exclusive access each build on your Mobile Integrated Healthcare / direct-access Primary Care (MIH/daPC) and direct-access Paramedicine (daP) enrollment — combining your annual Family Health Examination and Health & Wellness Evaluation with an elevated tier of availability, priority reach, and delivery in more private, VIP, and exclusive settings. The MIH/daPC + daP exam cost within each tier remains FSA/HSA eligible; the additional cost above that base enrollment — reflecting the elevated access tier — is not.
Preferred Access — Priority scheduling and expanded reach-back with your Concierge Paramedic + Care Team, built on your MIH/daPC + daP enrollment. Patient-to-provider ratio: 120-to-1.
- Preferred Price line: $5,900.00/yr — includes your $3,200 MIH (daPC) + daP exam (FSA/HSA eligible) plus $2,700 in Preferred Access (not FSA/HSA eligible)
Executive Access — Delivered in more discreet, VIP environments — private residence, hotel suite, or corporate office — with your Concierge Paramedic + Care Team presenting in plainclothes rather than a marked EMS uniform or vehicle. Patient-to-provider ratio: 40-to-1.
- Executive Price line: $17,500.00/yr — includes your $3,200 MIH/daPC + daP exam (FSA/HSA eligible) plus $14,300 in Executive Access (not FSA/HSA eligible)
Exclusive Access — The highest level of privacy and availability: dedicated Concierge Paramedic + Care Team reach-back, delivery at private events and functions, and maximum flexibility in scheduling and location. Patient-to-provider ratio: by application, custom quote.

EMERGILITY® Program Participants Get Exclusive Discounts
EMERGILITY® Program Participants benefit from the PHI Cares air ambulance membership program, which is a vital part of Mobile Integrated Healthcare. Participants receive an exclusive discount on PHI Cares services, ensuring no out-of-pocket expenses for PHI Air Medical or partner transports. This PHI Cares membership covers both scene calls and inter-facility hospital transfers, extending its protective medicine benefits to household members, including immediate family and up to 3 non-family members residing at the same address. The coverage applies everywhere PHI operates across 11 states, not just locally. Health insurance is not a requirement, and there are no financial coverage limitations or limits on the number of flights that will be covered by membership. Additionally, Family Trax provides real-time flight tracking of loved ones, enhancing our direct-access paramedicine services.

Palliative care and-of-life situations can be overwhelming, complicated, and scary for patients and families. There is no one-service-fits-all solution when it comes to end-of-life care at any age.
At EMERGILITY®, we approach end-of-life situations with compassion. We communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with providers, practices, and organizations of all sorts. Our services focus on private MIH, EMS, and protective care not traditionally available.
