Welcome to Team EMERGILITY®. Our team is comprised of multidisciplinary security, protection, and emergency services professionals, providers, investigators, and consultants, known collectively as Protective Agents - synonymous with Personal Protection Specialist (PPS) or Protective Security Specialist (PSS).
The Protective Agent serves as an extension/authorized agency representative of the security, protection & emergency medical services agency, and/or Protective Medicine practice, as permitted by licensure and law.
The Protective Agent operates in public, private, and personal care settings with the purpose of establishing and preserving enhanced client protection against a variety of threats and hazards.
When Protective Agents provide medical care, in collaboration with or under medical control and direction of a physician, they are referred to as a Protective Paramedic, Paramedic Practitioner, and/or Physician Extender.
