Everyday we hear more stories of both random and targeted acts of violence. For persons, institutions, organizations, and communities facing potential threats, knowing how to prevent, protect, respond, and recover requires real-world awareness, planning, training, and drills.
Establishing baseline knowledge, skills, and abilities is a critical step in any training effort. With the aim of enhancing real-world performance, in the face of emergencies and disasters, we design training opportunities that target your strategic capabilities, goals, and objectives.
We also leverage tests & exercises to demonstrate learning and evaluate performance of core and advanced competencies and capabilities. For clients pursuing exercise design and execution compliance, we integrate HSEEP and program management practices to meet all requirements.
