Gone are the days when you had to call 9-1-1 just to see a paramedic. At EMERGILITY®, we’re leading the way in direct-access Paramedicine (daP) — bringing community paramedicine, concierge paramedicine, and protective paramedicine directly to our Protected Members. Your personal health and wellbeing deserve immediate, professional attention — on your terms.
PRIVATE daP access:
$1,650.00/yr (adults); $450.00/yr (children)
Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) + daP
Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) includes a comprehensive, annual family health exam. A licensed family nurse practitioner (FNP) comes to you – at home, at work, or wherever is most convenient – for a thorough, proactive assessment of your health. The exam is FSA and HSA eligible, and enrollment includes a full year of access to direct-access Paramedicine (daP).
Annual MIH Exam + PRIVATE daP access:

Avoiding Unnecessary Emergency Room Visits
If you’re injured or sick — but not in a life-threatening emergency — call us.
We come to you, evaluate your condition, provide treatment, and help you recover in the comfort and privacy of your own safe environment.
Informed & Expedited Emergency Care
If you’re concerned but don’t believe you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call us first.
We respond directly to you, assess the situation, and if we detect a life-threatening emergency, we act fast—either activating 9-1-1 for rapid transport or coordinating a private medical escort to the most appropriate hospital.
Appropriate 9-1-1 & Emergency Care Access
If you’re experiencing a life-threatening emergency—such as chest pain, stroke symptoms, or uncontrolled bleeding—call 9-1-1 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room, first. Then call us.
We respond to you or to the hospital to support you and your family, helping you navigate the complexities of emergency care.

EMERGILITY® Protected Members Get Exclusive Discounts
EMERGILITY® Protected Members benefit from the PHI Cares air ambulance membership program, which is a vital part of Mobile Integrated Healthcare. Members receive an exclusive discount on PHI Cares services, ensuring no out-of-pocket expenses for PHI Air Medical or partner transports. This membership covers both scene calls and inter-facility hospital transfers, extending its protective medicine benefits to household members, including immediate family and up to 3 non-family members residing at the same address. The coverage applies everywhere we fly across 11 states, not just locally. Health insurance is not a requirement, and there are no financial coverage limitations or limits on the number of flights that will be covered by membership. Additionally, Family Trax provides real-time flight tracking of loved ones, enhancing our direct-access paramedicine services.

Palliative care and-of-life situations can be overwhelming, complicated, and scary for patients and families. There is no one-service-fits-all solution when it comes to end-of-life care at any age.
At EMERGILITY®, we approach end-of-life situations with compassion. We communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with providers, practices, and organizations of all sorts. Our services focus on private MIH, EMS, and protective care not traditionally available.
