The PSS-EMS provider is capable of providing basic and advanced protective medical care in various settings. PSS-EMS personnel include protective agents, EMS providers, and advanced practitioners.
Non-medical PSS Personnel
PSS professionals who are not authorized (certified, registered, and affiliated) under a licensed and insured EMS Agency, or other authorized medical practice, are limited to providing only Good-Samaritan level care to the protectee, fellow protector, or civilian in-need of care.
