EMERGILITY® services provide an invaluable complement to Hospice programs and patients. When entering into Hospice at Home and Palliative Care programs, patients often lose access to routine, urgent and emergency medical resources, creating gaps in personalized care, followed by unforeseen and consequential issues for patients and families.
With the aim provide Hospice Support to Palliative Care patients, in coordination with Hospice at Home programs and private physician practices, EMERGILITY® provides patients with 24/7 access to urgent, emergency, and protective care not otherwise available.
While there are known problem areas in Hospice cor, our aim is to identify, mitigate, and respond to a variety of protective-medical gaps so patients & families can focus on what's most important - with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course." - HHS OIG
EMERGILITY® fills critical gaps in healthcare by providing enhanced access to medical care when and where Hospice cannot. As a privately licensed Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider delivering advanced-practice Mobile Integrated Healthcare (MIH) supported by Community Paramedicine, Concierge Paramedicine, and Protective Paramedicine, EMERGILITY® is uniquely positioned to care for patients across complex care settings and life-stages.
While there are known problem areas in Hospice coverage, our aim is to identify, mitigate, and respond to a variety of protective-medical gaps so patients & families can focus on what's most important - precious time & comfort with their loved ones.
Palliative care and end-of-life situations can be overwhelming, complicated, and scary for patients and families. There is no one-service-fits-all solution when it comes to end-of-life care at any age.
At EMERGILITY®, we approach end-of-life situations with compassion. We communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with providers, practices, and organizations of all sorts. Our services focus on private urgent (MIH), emergency (EMS), and protective (PSS-EMS) care not traditionally available.
