EMERGILITY® services provide an invaluable complement to Hospice programs and patients. When entering into Hospice at Home and Palliative Care programs, patients often lose access to routine, urgent and emergency medical resources, creating gaps in personalized care, followed by unforeseen and consequential issues for patients and families.
With the aim provide Hospice Support to Palliative Care patients, in coordination with Hospice at Home programs and private physician practices, EMERGILITY® provides patients with 24/7 access to urgent, emergency, and protective care not otherwise available.
